The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships with new and existing customers, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for promoting life-saving training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate training solutions.

BLS Instructor

Job Summary

Ready Rescuer, a leading provider of CPR and First Aid training, is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable CPR/First Aid Instructor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to diverse groups, ensuring that participants acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to respond effectively in emergency situations. This role demands excellent instructional abilities, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to promoting life-saving techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct CPR and First Aid training sessions for various audiences, including individuals, corporate clients, and community groups.
  • Demonstrate and teach proper techniques for CPR, AED use, and basic first aid procedures.
  • Adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs of participants.
  • Prepare training materials, including handouts, presentations, and equipment.
  • Set up and break down training environments, ensuring all necessary supplies are available and in good working condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant attendance and performance.
  • Evaluate participants’ skills and knowledge through practical and written assessments.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants and issue certifications upon successful completion of courses.
